Базовая процентная ставка
. Также называется Base interest rate (базовая процентная ставка). Минимальная процентная ставка, на которую могут рассчитывать инвесторы при покупке неказначейских (негосударственных) ценных бумаг. Базовая процентная ставка также зависит от доходности на момент погашения самого последнего выпуска казначейских ценных бумаг со сравнимым сроком погашения (on-the-run - текущий) .
